It’s another one of those six-page screeds, so I put it over at the storage facility. Go forth and wallow along with me, if you are so inclined.

I can definitly relate! Well to some of it anyway! When I was in grade scholl it wasn’t bad since 4 out of 5 of my classmates were dirt poor too. So I didn’t really experience class prejiduce until junior high. And didn’t really see racial or religious prejiduce until I was in the Army. Yeah people suck! I always have a hard time deciding which are worse and more evil: humans or dairy cows. They both want you to do everything for them and kick you once you have.

I traveled over to “the storage facility” and read your “six-page screed”. Couldn’t argue with most of it – life can be shitty and has never been fair.
But I have to disagree with you when you say you haven’t accomplished anything. If you’ve done nothing else, you’ve kept a few of us rebels sane with your writing. We need to know that others out there also see the truth, and your writing does it better than most.
I saw a picture of Woody Guthrie the other day with his guitar. He had written “This machine kills facists” on the guitar. I’ve often thought your keyboard ought to have the same phrase written on it.
Whether it knows it or not, this country needs us rebels, and we need each other. As you keep us sane, I hope we can do the same for you.
By the way, did Good Doctor get the job done? Is your back getting better?

Sorry, that should have been “fascists”. Doesn’t look like school did me much good either.

I have to second what jobsanger says about what you do accomplish through your writing too Annti!
And while thinking about this(the way humans treat each other) last night I got to thinking about the book The Celestine Prophecy. For those who haven’t read it it’s worth a read and isn’t the kind of book the title might suggest. I’d have to say that it really isn’t much about anything celesine nor much about prophecy but certainly a bit about humans interactions. It didn’t make me like assholes anymore but did kind of help to understand what the heck might be going on in their warped heads.

Thank you, guys. You help more than you can ever know.
Not much in the mood for the celestial at the moment, but I get where you’re going with it.
